George Popov presents Sideworld: Damnation Village

Bulgarian born writer-director George Popov has been revered for his unique visual style and carefully crafted atmosphere. Both of George's narrative films, 'Hex' and 'The Droving' have explored the folk horror genre and have been praised for their focus on complex themes and characters. His recent venture into documentaries with the 'Sideworld' series, has also seen George take on the role of narrator, guiding audiences through a trove of gothic ghost stories, folklore, mythology and lesser-known paranormal encounters.
